Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners.Responsible for securing projects to bid, reviewing project plans, specifications, and contract documents.Estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items, and equipment costs to prepare a thorough price estimate.Preform on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment.Request material needed for scope of work.Read, understand, and interpret plans and specifications as required and check work accordingly to specifications.Maintain high level of safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures for craft personnel and subcontractors.Prepare and executes estimates for change orders required on projects.Plan day to day operations, as well as work with management to forecast schedules.Work with cost team to ensure accurate costing and evaluate overall project performance.Lead through change and adversity, both with internal and external personnel.
