The Inventory Clerk assists the FV Director, Purchasing, in overseeing and maintaining the company's supply of products and equipment. The Inventory Clerk counts stocks, tracks, and organizes products and supplies, assists in processing and delivering incoming stock, maintains inventory records to ensure that company inventory remains balanced, and provides customer assistance as necessary. • 403b with 50% match up to 4%.Requirements: - Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment for all service levels. - Stock and organize all supply rooms and Central Supply room(s). - Place orders for supplies as needed. - Accept and check incoming orders. - Report any discrepancies in inventory records to the supervisor. - Recommend changes in inventory levels. Keep Central Supply stocked, along with Supply rooms in all buildings. - Maintain communication between all departments and co-workers regarding re-ordering supplies. Recieve, Stock and keep all resident rooms stocked. - Performs other duties as directed by supervisor. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
