Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to join our team supporting a healthcare client in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Security Manager, and Tanium, particularly focusing on Windows 11 upgrades, SCCM migrations, configurations, and deployments.



Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Administration & Configuration:

Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure.

Develop and manage SCCM policies, applications, and updates.

Implement SCCM reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization strategies.



Tanium & Endpoint Security Management:

Upgrade and manage Tanium for Windows 11 migration.

Ensure endpoint security compliance and vulnerability management using Tanium & SCCM.



Windows 11 Migration & Deployment:

Plan, test, and execute Windows 11 migration using SCCM and Tanium.

Design and implement automated OS deployments and patch management.

Troubleshoot deployment failures and performance issues.



Security & Compliance:

Enforce security policies, patching, and endpoint security best practices.

Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations.



Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM.

Strong expertise in SCCM deployment, policy design, and endpoint management.

Tanium experience - Must have worked on Tanium upgrades & Windows 11 migration.

Experience in SCCM migrations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve SCCM-related issues efficiently.

Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions and compliance standards.



Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.

Knowledge of Intune and cloud-based endpoint management solutions.
