Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Head to lead the delivery of complex IT projects.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
Oversee the delivery of Salesforce and/or mobile app implementation projects, managing all phases from initiation to deployment and post-go-live support
Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and senior management to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a proven track record in Salesforce implementation and/or mobile app delivery
Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall
Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations for complex IT projects
Experience in contributing to presales efforts, including creating proposals and project estimations
