Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support (L1) to
ensure a seamless experience for customers by managing support
tools and handling inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 20-30+ new tickets per day in Zendesk, addressing various
customer issues
Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and email, providing
timely resolutions
Assist with operational tasks, including processing refunds and
supporting other needs
