Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telecommunications Customer Care
Representative to provide daily customer support and enhance
customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for non-trouble related customer
inquiries and requests
Provide Q&A support for administrative, feature, and billing
questions
Assist in building the Knowledge Base and support customer
onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with mobile technologies from major
carriers
1+ years of experience with telecommunication technologies
2+ years of client relations or customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 in a PC environment
Strong administration and organization skills
