Role PurposeAssists leads and managers on performance improvement projects in order to accomplish measureable business process improvements. Employs performance improvement/transformation methodology, tools and techniques in organization operations in order to accomplish business objectives. Works with quality and performance improvement professionals in the planning, designing and accomplishing of key projects while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Responsibilities

• Manages and provides consultation and support to improvement teams, functions, and departments related to transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates innovative departmental, evidence-based educational and practice programming.
• Provides consultation and support for educational and practice activities to achieve organizational goal and enhance patient safety.
• Contributes to knowledge and skill building in education, process improvement and practice.Minimum RequirementsEducation
• Bachelor's Degree - NursingExperience
• 2-5 yearsSupervisor Experience
