is the place for you.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is responsible for
evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech,
language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing
disorders in an outpatient clinic setting. The SLP will work with
pediatric and/or adult populations and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans that improve patient outcomes. WHAT YOU WILL
DOAssessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive speech, language,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations using
standardized assessments and clinical observations.Treatment
Planning: Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment
results, patient/family goals, and evidence-based practices.Direct
Therapy: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to
patient needs, using innovative and research-supported
interventions.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate,
timely, and thorough documentation of evaluations, progress notes,
treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic
policies and HIPAA regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with
patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members,
including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and medical
professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to care.Education &
Counseling: Educate patients and families about communication WHAT
YOU WILL BRINGMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an
accredited program.Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or eligibility for
CFY, if applicable).State licensure or eligibility for licensure in
Missouri.Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
but not required.Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and
communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a
collaborative team.WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed in an
outpatient clinic setting.Requires ability to sit, stand, and
engage in active therapy sessions for extended periods.Occasional
lifting of therapy materials and equipment may be required.Hope is
