Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Decision Support
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain internal controls to meet and exceed business goals and
benchmarks
Gather, organize, and interpret statistical data to provide
analytical reports
Identify problems and recommend resolutions using data for
reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics,
Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work
experience
3-5 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role,
preferably in a healthcare environment
Expert level experience in the Microsoft Office suite
Exposure to SQL and visual analytical tools such as Tableau,
PowerBI, or Qlik
Experience with DMAIC/Lean methodology for problem-solving
