  • 5 years of commercial construction estimating.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture.
  • Proficient using estimating software such as MS Office Suite, Sage, Bluebeam, etc.
  • Knowledge of complex building systems
  • Experience working with deadlines, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
