Additional Information About the Role

• Up to a $2000 Sign on Bonus
• Shift information: FT Day Shift 8 AM - 4:30 PM (no evenings, weekends or on call required)
• Types of clients: Transition age youth ages 16 - 25 years of age with mental health or co-occurring diagnoses
• Location: Pagedale Facility, however this position is mostly community-based and you will work with clients throughout the greater STL area
• MUST HAVE: Must have a Bachelors Degree and a Co-Occurring Certification (QAP Credential), knowledge of Stages of Change, using the harm reduction model, experience working with dually diagnosed/substance use disorder clients. Works well within a multidisciplinary team, can self-manage caseload, accountable when in the community, trauma-informed

  BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Fran--ois, Iron and Washington counties. As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  Role PurposeResponsible for providing ongoing therapy to clients identified with co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities
• Plans and conducts Individual Sessions, Group Education and Group Counseling in accordance with IDDT fidelity standards.
• Completes Co-Occurring Evaluations in accordance with IDDT fidelity standards.
• Reviews, signs and contributes to co-occurring people's treatment plan.Minimum RequirementsEducation
• Bachelor's Degree - Social Services/relatedExperience
• Supervisor Experience
• No ExperienceLicenses & Certifications
• Valid Driver's License

    Pay Details: $43,056.00 - $70,096.00 / year (Salary or hourly rate is based on job qualifications and relevant work experience)
