Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Business Services Specialist
I.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze student accounts to return credit balances
accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional
policies related to student financial services
Document and troubleshoot student account concerns while
maintaining high productivity and customer service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in student billing, financial
aid, or related fields
Experience in higher education preferred
Experience in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
Knowledge of Title IV Federal Student Aid programs
