Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating the sales process and managing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
Update systems to document customer interactions and handle issues diplomatically
Escalate issues to management when necessary and complete additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly desired
Ability to embrace change and demonstrate flexibility
Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
