Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Executive for their
Instructor Led Training business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and cultivate relationships with key strategic accounts,
engaging with senior management and executives
Identify and develop new sales opportunities to drive revenue
growth
Ensure high customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and
providing effective training solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience in IT training
solutions or related fields
Experience working across a defined territory or region
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and understanding
the sales cycle
Experience in the learning or human capital technology space is
preferred
Ability to articulate complex client requirements and develop
tailored solutions
