Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Experience Specialist to
enhance and automate People Operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve People Operations products with a focus on user
experience
Automate workflows throughout the employee lifecycle, including
onboarding and performance management
Maintain up-to-date people databases and support seamless
onboarding experiences for new hires
Required Qualifications
Experience in a collaborative People Operations or People
Experience role
Ability to manage complex employee queries and handle sensitive
information
Knowledge of HR principles and practices
Strong project management skills in an agile environment
[BONUS] Experience with project management and collaboration
tools
