Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Roadside Assistance, Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide empathetic support to customers during roadside emergencies
Efficiently navigate a multi-screen web system while assisting customers
Collaborate with service providers to ensure timely solutions for customers

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer-facing or support roles
Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace proficiency
Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Must reside in specific states as listed in the job description
