Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategy Lead, UX (Freelance).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Strategy Director to shape strategic direction
and mentor junior strategists
Lead the strategy process on 1-2 client projects and build trusted
client relationships
Design and facilitate workshops, interviews, and present strategic
recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in user experience, information
architecture, and digital narrative development
Experience working on long-term accounts and short-term
projects
Ability to create documentation such as experience maps,
wireframes, and user flows
Experience leading workshops using Design Thinking frameworks
Proven success in partnering with clients and managing their
requests
