to hire a Project Controls Intern in St. Louis, MO for Summer
2025.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in the setup of project cost and productivity tracking.
Assist in cost analysis on projects to identify potential issues to
the project team.
Track cash flow of projects from billing to collection
Support Project Controls Manager or Leadership in projections based
on earned value management.
Help maintain budgets for a project, including forecasting and
recommending adjustments to the project budget.
Review coding of project costs to ensure proper data
collection.
Help analyze Productivity reports and provide feedback to the
project team.
Support processes and workflow between Operations and Accounting
for streamlined communication.
Assist in analyzing equipment usage to evaluate utilization versus
cost.
Review Owner contracts for risk analysis, provide feedback, and
track comments and deliverables.
Track project change orders and contracts to ensure the contract
data is accurate and up-to-date.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or
relevant field from a 4-year accredited University.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in Project Management applications a plus.
Experience in Scheduling applications is a plus.
Experience with a Construction ERP a plus.
Experience with Power BI a plus.
