Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel responsible for
employment law-related matters and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on day-to-day employment-related matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and
vendors
Manage outside counsel for employee disputes and respond to changes
in employment-related laws
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from an accredited law
school; admission to a state bar
3 or more years of legal experience, particularly in employment
law
Experience in commercial or government contracts or a willingness
to learn
Prior law firm experience
Experience in privacy, intellectual property, advertising, and
international laws preferred
