The Boeing Company is currently seeking an F-22 Simulation Software
Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join the Air Dominance team
located in Berkeley , Missouri . This position will focus on
supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business
organization.
This organization designs, develops, and demonstrates avionics
solutions for the F-22 Raptor, the premier 5th gen air superiority
fighter flown only by the United States Air Force (USAF). Your role
will require you to work as a member of an agile team to create and
maintain the simulation environment and infrastructure used to
support the development and test of advanced capabilities of the
F-22 Raptor. These models support the software engineers and are
utilized in a desktop development environment for our engineers as
well as hardware/software integration labs throughout the
enterprise.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels
including: Experienced and Senior Software Engineers.
Position Responsibilities:
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A
U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months
is considered active). Special Program Access or other Government
Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
To be considered for this position you will be required to complete
a technical assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to
complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experienced Level:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education from an accredited course of study in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor)
and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not required,
accreditation standard.
Senior Level:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education from an accredited course of study in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor)
and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work
experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred,
although not required, accreditation standard
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required but would be less than 10%.
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal
candidates.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as
well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Experienced: $110,500.00 - $149,500.00
Summary pay range Senior: 132,600.00 - $179,400.00
