Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Software Engineer
(Modern/Traditional).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee systems analysis, design, and development as an individual
contributor on complex projects
Direct less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks
for various project scopes
Prepare and manage technical components of project plans and
execute detailed test plans
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate's degree and 5 years of systems
analysis/application development experience, or 7 years of combined
higher education and/or work experience
Proven hands-on experience with Mainframe Cobol and modern IBM z
development platforms
Experience with Gitlab, Sonar, and automated testing
Demonstrated experience in Agile environments
Ability to work independently and manage project activities
effectively
