Marcone at .Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Director
of Compensation and Benefits to join our growing HR Team. This role
will be critical in ensuring that our compensation strategy aligns
with organizational goals, attracts top talent, retains employees,
and promotes fairness and equity.What You'll Do
- Market Analysis - Responsible for conducting comprehensive
market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation
packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Compensation Administration - Responsible for the
administration of salary structures, incentive plans, health and
wellness programs, retirement plans, and more.
- Compensation Planning - Manage and oversee the merit and annual
performance bonus programs within the Human Capital Management
(HCM) system and program targets.
- Compensation Design - Collaborate with VP of Total Rewards and
Sales Leadership on variable pay plans, evaluate effectiveness to
drive behaviors and outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Benefits - Work collaboratively with the Benefits team to
ensure our benefits programs are competitive along with
collaborating on the administration of our plans.
- Collaboration - Partner and work effectively with leadership
and HRBPs to develop compensation strategies that align with the
company's strategic goals, performance targets, and workforce
needs.
- HRIS - Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure
accurate processing and administration of compensation and benefits
programs.
- Coaching - Increase leadership capability through coaching,
development planning, and facilitation and serve as trusted
mentor/advisor to Managers and Employees as they navigate
work-related compensation challenges. You have excellent listening
skills, empathy, and strong written and verbal communication
skills.
- Communication - Oversee the creation of programs and plans for
a comprehensive communication campaign that provides clarity to our
employees on the benefits offerings.
- Data Analytics - Utilize data to help leaders make
better-informed people decisions and drive effective change.What
You'll Bring
- Business Acumen - Demonstrated ability to quickly understand
the business and build trusted relationships with all levels of the
organization.
- HR Management Background - 10+ years of experience and a
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, in a
core HR function creating and delivering impactful people and
culture strategies in a multi-site, multi-state distributed
workforce organization.
- Program Management - You have the ability to conceive an idea,
get buy-in from key stakeholders, and put an action plan together,
manage to drive positive change.
- Communication Skills - You are comfortable with both public
speaking and working 1:1 with Executives, Managers, and Employees
to resolve communication challenges that arise between teams.
- Proactive - When you see a challenge, you lean in and seek to
resolve it; you are good at navigating ambiguity to fully
understand a situation and create recommendations to get to the
best solution.
- Process Improvement / Change Management - You have helped build
new processes and evolve existing ones to drive efficiency.
- Organizational Skills - You enjoy making order out of
chaos.
- Attitude & Judgment - You are humble, always learning, and have
empathy for others; you have the ability to build trust and see
multiple perspectives and use good judgment to make sound
