Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery and Operations (Ops)
Talent (HR) Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Benefits, Leaves, Payroll, and
Talent, providing resolutions on first contact
Educate callers on information available on the intranet and
document all interactions in the Case Management System
Ensure compliance with standards such as HIPAA, PII, ERISA, and IRS
while handling customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
1+ year of contact center experience
1+ year of Health & Welfare benefits experience
Experience working remotely in a contact center environment
Extensive knowledge of Benefit, Payroll, and Leave programs and
policies
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism with
confidential information
