Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant Team Manager to
lead a team of Executive Assistants remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of Executive Assistants across
multiple time zones
Review and implement resource management strategies to enhance
efficiency
Oversee work allocation and monitor performance and service
delivery
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience managing a team of Executive Assistants or
administrative professionals
Strong background in process improvement and service delivery
excellence
Excellent leadership and people management skills in a remote
setting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global
environment
Highly IT and data literate, with experience in workflow and task
management systems
