Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPCU) Opportunities -Days 0700-1930 -Graduate and Experienced nurses encouraged to apply here! - -*Residency Provided* -Up to $15,000 Sign On Bonus for RNs!$10,000 Sign On Bonus for GNs!No ContractRelocation Assistance Available -Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPCU) is an upbeat, fast-paced unit dedicated to post-op Cardiovascular patients such as CABGs. CVPCU also focuses on acute/chronic conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure, afib, and STEMI patients. CVPCU works closely with Surgeons and the heart clinic to ensure their patients are able to successfully return home at discharge. -

• Patient population may include: -post operative cardiac and thoracic surgery, kidney failure, pulmonary issues, overdoses, arrythmias and myocardial infarctions.
• This unit requires excellent critical thinking skills and quick decision making skills
• Due to the diverse nature this unit provides numerous educational opportunities for our coworkers. - -
  • 32 - patient bed unit
  • RN ratio 3-4 patients, with tech support
  • 24/7 Leadership support

      • Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
