Fosters and develops relationships with social workers and physicians to grow the censusIdentify opportunities for programming with hospital networks to improve and strengthen hospital relationships.Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow-through is maintained following designated time frames.Conducts admission interviews with the patient and/or responsible party, obtaining all required financial data, signatures, pertinent social and medical information, attending physician information, and other pertinent and required documentation before admission.Stays updated about relevant operational, competitive, and company information to respond effectively to prospect inquiries and hospital contacts.Maintains effective communication with the Hospice team and other leadership team members.Participates as an active member of the IDG team.Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports as required.Available nights, weekends, and holidays for admission inquiries.Job Requirements:A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required (Marketing, sales, business administration, or Healthcare-related degrees preferred).Licensed clinician preferred.Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.Basic knowledge of Microsoft's operating system and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
