Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum Years of Experience not specified License: Certifications: Must-Have: - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Job Description: - This is a comprehensive overflow unit staffed by an in-house hospitalist team. - This unit accepts patients from all disciplines, providing an exciting variety each day. - Gain experience with every specialty and care for a diverse group of patients. - The hospital boasts a 356-bed capacity, is non-profit, and serves as a research and academic medical center. - Orientation involves 12 hours. - Scrub Color required: Navy Blue. - Clinicians must be aware that all allied, CNAs, and RNs cannot work longer than 1 year continuously as a traveler. A 6-month break is mandatory before returning. - Travelers must complete an OSHA Respirator Clearance and be clean-shaven for FIT testing. - Pre-start modules are mandatory; RN modules can take about 5-6 hours, allied modules approximately 1 hour. - Modules are recorded on transcripts.
