Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Certifications: Must-Have: - COVID-19 Vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions only Job Description: - Join a comprehensive overflow unit staffed by an in-house hospitalist team. - Experience working with patients from all disciplines, ensuring each day is exciting and varied. - Gain exposure to every specialty and care for diverse patient types. - Work in a research and academic medical center providing tertiary care for the region. - Participate in a 12-hour orientation, non-billable. - Complete modules prior to start, with RN modules taking approximately 5-6 hours. - Ensure OSHA Respirator Clearance is completed prior to starting. - Be prepared for FIT testing, with a requirement to be clean-shaven. - Maintain compliance with travel guidelines, including a 6-month break required after 1 year as a traveler. - Wear navy blue scrubs during shifts.
