Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Units you may float to: Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more! Float Pool Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 1 year RN Acute Care experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.Preferred Education: BSNLicense: current RN license in our state Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
