Mercy South Float PoolFloat Pool Incentive Pay! - -Sign on Bonus for eligible RN's up to $20,000! -If you love change and like to learn something new every day then the Float Pool is for you! - -Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. -Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding! -Units you may float to: - Orthopedics, -Med/Surg, -Medical Telemetry, -Neuro Stepdown, -Medical Stepdown, -Surgical Stepdown, -Cardiac Telemetry, -Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, -Oncology, -Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more! - - -We currently have part time, full time and weekend option float pool openings. - -Float Pool Qualifications:

• Experience: -1-2 years' bedside RN experience- MUST have experience in the service line you're interested in
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Preferred Education: -BSN
• License: current RN license in our state
