Job Description:

Join the LDRP group at Mercy South - this is a collaborative group of RN's who are looking to add a PRN coworker for the c are of postpartum mothers and newborns. PRN - Days PRN Schedule Expectations :

• Hours : 36 hours required per six-week schedule; 12 of the 36 hours must be on weekends.
• Holidays : One (1) summer and one (1) winter holiday must be worked.
  Candidate must have 1-2 years of Mother Baby experience to be considered. Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Our Patients
  • Moderate to high-risk patients in the labor and delivery population over 32 weeks gestation
  • Obstetrical triage
  • Vaginal and C-Section Deliveries and Postpartum care
  • Well newborns
  • Antepartum patients What We Do
    • We collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care of laboring and c-section patients as well as OB Triage and antepartum patients. Our Floor
      • 22 bed unit serving LDRP, Antepartum, and OB Triage
      • OB Hospitalist on the unit 24 hr/7 days a week
      • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on the unit 24 hr./7days a week
      • Mercy South has a Level 2 NICU adjacent to LDRP
      • Fresh renovations complete in 2023 What we have to offer

          • Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
          • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
