We schedule 60 min for evals. Most treats are 30 minutes, but some are 45 or 60 depending on the circumstances. We see about 70% ortho patients, 30 % neuro. We have a pelvic health therapist, 2 lymphedema therapists, an LSVT program, chronic pain therapist, vestibular therapist. We see a variety of diagnoses. We have an ortho MD office at Christian that refers us most of our ortho patients. We have PT's, PTA's, OT's, and SLP. Some multidisciplinary patients. Therapist will receive Epic training during orientation.We typically do 1.5 days of hospital orientation, then 1.5 days of department orientation. Will then start with patient load. Will give additional charting time the first week or two. We are business casual. Therapists can choose five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days.
