        • Patient is older adult and adult population, some patients with medical co-morbidities and mobility issues. Some diagnoses include dementia, depression, Parkinson's Disease, bipolar disorder, or anxiety.

          • Government issued ID required. For Home Health positions, candidate must provide driver's license.
          • Epic, medical, and Psych experience required
          • Adult Psychiatric population and geriatric (18 years or older)
