We are growing again and would love for you to join our team! We are a full-service dental laboratory, and we have been exceeding client expectations since 1996. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Laboratory Implant Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality dental prosthetics, specifically focusing on implant-supported restorations. As an important member of our dental laboratory, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the workflow of our implant prosthetic development. Responsibilities: --- Collaborate with our dental lab team, doctors, and other dental team members to understand treatment plan, implant, and esthetic requirements. --- Understand CAD/CAM technologies and digital workflows to create implant surgical stents and restorations --- Maintain inventory and order appropriate materials based on doctor and patient specifications. --- Perform quality control checks to ensure that all finished implant prosthetics meet the highest standards of accuracy, fit, and esthetics. --- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to implant dentistry and dental laboratory techniques. --- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols. Qualifications: --- 3 years experience in implant prosthetic design and fabrication required. --- 3Shape experience required. --- In-depth understanding of implant dentistry principles, materials, and techniques. --- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. --- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. --- Effective communication skills.--- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. --- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and techniques in the field. --- Relevant certifications or training in dental laboratory technology is a plus.
