Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support
and drive the success of team members in the property & casualty
insurance software industries.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate assignment of colleagues to implementation projects and
manage individual workloads
Maintain contact in difficult client situations to ensure
successful project conclusions and oversee quality of service team
metrics
Facilitate strategic initiatives and provide coaching and
performance management for team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
5+ years of previous client-facing experience in a professional
services environment
Experience in P&C Insurance Claims, Billing, and Policy
software industry
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and SQL preferred
