Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for Field Access Managers and the
ArdelyxAssist team, addressing inquiries and resolving operational
issues
Partner with the Specialty Pharmacy Customer-Facing Team to gather
insights and monitor contract performance
Lead planning, tracking, and execution of specialty pharmacy
programs, ensuring successful implementation and optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Hub or Pharmacy Operations
experience
Experience with IBSRELA, XPHOZAH, or related therapeutic areas
Background in Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management
(PBM), or health plans
Proven project management experience to coordinate complex
initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Tableau for data
analysis and reporting
