your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team
is seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer F-15 Lab Infrastructure,
located in Berkeley, MO.Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with the development and documentation of electronic
and electrical system requirements.
- Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based
on defined requirements.
- Performs system tests to verify operational and functional
requirements.
- Supports fabrication technicians and suppliers questions during
build and fabrication process
- Supports resolution of product integration issues and
production anomalies.
- Supports hands-on troubleshooting of test racks
- Perform acceptance test procedures to demonstrate conformance
to design and document results
- Develop and maintain scripts used to run test functions using C
and C++
- Researches basic technologies for potential application to
company business needsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of
the listed location options. This position requires the ability to
obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires
US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is
required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science.
- Education or work-related experience with a Bachelors (level
1)
- 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors OR
work-related experience with a Masters (level 2)Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic
analyzers, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong foundation in C and C++Typical
Education/Experience:Level 1: Education/experience typically
acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited
course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics,
physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination
of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not required,
accreditation standard.Level 2: Education/experience typically
acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited
course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics,
physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical
education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not required,
