Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in creative performance strategy, growth
marketing, or a related field
Deep understanding of how storytelling and design impact conversion
and retention
Experience with paid agencies and knowledge of social ad platforms
and their best practices
Strong ability to translate consumer insights into impactful
creative strategies
A passion for experimentation and storytelling to drive results
