Global Services Representative RoleAs a Global Services Representative at Charles Schwab, you will serve international and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs. You will work in a collaborative environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, as well as general account servicing inquiries. In addition, you will complete document translation services for internal partners and service clients in foreign languages as needed. Evening and overnight shifts will also support our clients within Stock Plan Services, demonstrating your dedication to client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service and support for international and domestic clients
• Assist with trading and account servicing inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
• Complete document translation services for internal partners and clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve client satisfaction and business objectivesRequirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with ability to read, write, and speak both languages
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required, with condition of employment to obtain these licenses within the allotted training time
  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm CSTPreferred Qualifications:
    • FINRA Series 9-10 license
    • 3-5 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, and/or Brokerage Services, with emphasis in trading and client engagement
    • Passion for trading and market knowledge, with ability to discuss trading topics and solutions with clients
    • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy and policies
    • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients, with excellent interpersonal and written skillsBenefits:
